So why not use this software to observe what everything would look like with an endless array of colors and drawings.

Visit the paint store and let your teen play in the paint sample cards. Encourage them to think about colors that are different from the typical pink, purple, primary blue and red. Primers are excellent these days and they will cover the wildest colors, should you ever need to repaint.

I suggest putting the color on cardboard samples; make them large so you get the real feel it. Do a couple so you have choices. Live with them for a day, that way you can then see the color in different kinds of light. Remember color changes, early morning is much different that night with the lights on.

The second space signifies how one can be bold with your furniture but still change the look and feel of the room. Still utilizing that amazing blue sofa, I changed out the wallpaper curtains and furniture for a more subtle, traditional, natural feel. The curtains are from Anthropologie, I love the color-it’s a grey/purple which adds a romantic feel. The coffee table, rug and ottoman are the natural elements in the space. The yellow table lamp adds some colour and the pillows bring every thing together.

Incorporating trending design elements can really improve the look of a room. Your room will have a quick update that reflects the newest trends. But when it comes to trends, they should always be used in moderation as an accent. If your funky lamp gets old, you can easily replace it. If you use super-trendy items as staples in a room, it will be very hard to change the style without a complete and costly makeover.

Matches that work What is important for the author is that the recipe of the two of them fits. The phone conversations, the advice freely given, tone of voice, suggestions and responsiveness. Does their pricing expectations, time-line, ways-of-doing business and focus match. A good action for an author to take is to make a list of what’s important for their book cover or Interior Design tool and use the list when contacting designers as a base for their discussions.
